On June 12th FSEA members participated at the seminar ”Successful business behavior”. The event was organized by the Utah Moldova Business Partnership in collaboration with Sorenson Impact and David Eccles School of Business. The main objective of the seminar was to build trustworthy relationships with business stakeholders.
The event was opened by Ruslan Cojocaru, founder of ”Tucano Coffee” and ”Oliva”. He shared his experience and talked about how he started his first business. In the presentation he underlined the importance of social business and creativity. In his opinion these two elements define the future of entrepreneurship, creating strong bond between customers and businesses. Also, CEO mentioned the importance of transparency in the relationship with customers.
The participants of the event had opportunity to participate in the workshop hosted by two trainers from IceU Training Group: Paul Herinean and Marin Iachimov. Paul Herinean, between 2000-2015 Instructor Specialist Officer in the Romanian Intelligence Service – National Intelligence Academy „Michael the Brave” and certified trainer, presented the most efficient ways of detecting simulated behaviour in communication with people. He gave examples how main character traits of parents affect child’s future perception of the reality. This idea was proved by the quick test Armonis, instrument of the IceU Training Group, completed by all participants. In the workshop Marin Iachimov, expert in team communication and behavioral dynamics in multicultural environment, talked about his research in analyzing behavior 3D in different conditions. This method is widely used in recruiting and significantly helps HR specialists in choosing the right employee. He invited participants of the seminar to complete a test that helped him determine their job choices according to their character.
In the seminar participated representatives of Moldovan and international business sector, as well as volunteers and NGO members. As a result of the seminar, attendants improved their abilities in negotiations, communication with clients, discovered new ways of recruiting and business trends.
